Primm Valley Resort

The Primm Valley Resort Hotel and Casino

Originally known as Primadonna Resort, Primm Valley Resort acquired its present name when it was bought over from its founders, MGM Resorts, by Herbst Gaming for US$ 400 million in 2006. Ultimately, in 2009, the Herbst family gave up control of Primm Valley Resort to its lenders, Affinity Gaming, who still own and operate the venue today.

Primm Valley Resort is one of three sister resorts within the Primm Valley Resorts stable, which are all located on Las Vegas Boulevard in the unincorporated community of Primm in Clark County, Nevada. The other two resorts in this fold are Whiskey Pete’s and Buffalo Bill’s and the three venues frequently share facilities and services, with a free shuttle service running between them.
